Essence of Shadows is a Holistic and Natural Medicine based working with a broad spectrum of Natural Healing modalities to improve wellness and quality of life, release stress, and improve emotional and physical health, targeting all aspects of the body, mind, spirit, and heart.  Our sessions are combinations of different Healing modalities with emotional therapy individually tailoring to best support our clients in improving their mental, social, and emotional well-being.
